Terms of Service
Last updated October 22, 2026
These terms cover website, Facebook page, Google listing and hosting services from Portgrove ("we", "us") to you, the business owner ("you"). By paying for a service you agree to them.
1. Free preview
We build your website and share it on a private preview link at no cost. You can ask for reasonable changes before paying. You're under no obligation to buy.
2. Payment
- Prices are agreed with you in writing (text or email) before you pay.
- Payment is by card through Stripe, using the link we send you or the one on our pay page.
- We can split a payment into parts. The schedule we agree in writing applies.
- A website goes live once the agreed payment (or first part) is received.
3. What you own
Once paid in full, your website's text, your photos, your logo and your domain name are yours. Domains are registered in your name. If you leave, we hand over your site files and help move your domain.
4. Hosting and upkeep
Hosting and upkeep (keeping the site online, security updates and small text or photo edits) are free for the first year after launch, then billed yearly at the price we agree with you. You can cancel any time before a renewal.
5. Your content
You confirm you have the right to use any photos, logos and text you send us, and that the information about your business (licenses, numbers, services) is accurate.
6. No guarantees on results
We build your site to be fast and ready for Google, but we can't promise specific rankings, calls or sales.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: portgrovecentral@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
