Refund Policy

You see your full website on a free preview link before you pay anything, so you know exactly what you're buying.

Before your preview

If you've paid a deposit and we don't deliver a preview, you get a full refund.

After your preview

Once your preview has been delivered, deposits are non-refundable, because the design work is done.

After launch

Once your site is live, payments are final. If something on your site is broken, we fix it free.

Facebook page and Google listing setup

Refundable in full if we haven't started; final once the page or listing has been set up.

Yearly hosting

Cancel any time before your renewal date and you won't be charged again. Renewals already charged aren't refunded, but your site stays up until the end of that year.
